PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

Your personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The legal basis of the processing operation is the specific contract number 2017 73 04 Chafea/2017/Health/29 implementing framework contract No PO/2016-12/A2 in between GOPA Com. s.a. and the European Commission's Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food Executive Agency (Chafea).

The following personal data will be collected:

  • First name and last name;
  • E-mail address;
  • Name of the organisation;
  • Function in the organisation.
  • Bodies charged with a monitoring or inspection task in application of Union law (e.g. internal audits, Financial Irregularities Panel, European Court of Auditors, European Anti-Fraud Office) may be provided access to your data.
    According to the specific contract between GOPA Com. s.a. and Chafea, your data will be shared with the European Commission on a quarterly basis. The European Commission may use the data to contact you.
    Your data will be retained for a maximum period of 36 months. Data will be automatically removed at the end of this period. If the European Commission is willing to keep the data for an extended period of time, it will need to request your authorization to do so.

    You have the right to request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You also have the right to request the deletion of some, or the totality, of the personal data that has been collected. If you have queries concerning the processing of your personal data, you may address them to the contractor of the Specific Contract (GOPA Com. s.a.), at the following email: privacy@gopacom.eu.
    You shall have right of recourse at any time to the European Data Protection Supervisor (https://edps.europa.eu).
